A sustainable house is one that guarantees all the resources it has used for the following generations.

Therefore, the fact that the building of the house does not impact its location and permits the participation of the future user in the definition of the layout and the form of their house makes it possible to adapt it to each lifestyle, albeit maintaining all the structural and material investigation performed by its architects – Willy Muller, Fred Guillaud and Ignasi Pérez Arnal, WMA Arquitectos -.

Characteristics

The residence is configured on the basis of 30 m2 modules. The possibility of combining modules and moving them 90 cm between each other allows the user to participate in the design and layout process. The standardisation and industrialisation of materials and of the construction process delivers a major reduction in the project’s cost and term of execution.
