What we are creating?

To deploy the service of transforming traditional construction projects into Modular / Offsite construction projects, very quickly and at an affordable cost. Thus, giving the capacity to most of the construction companies, anywhere in the world, to fabricate buildings and offer their clients all the advantages that modular construction provides.

How we wil do it?

Applying the Nibug method, using new technologies.
Nibug is a modular construction method that uses a manufacturing system that is Open, Click-Clack and Algorithmic Building Modelling.

• Open: the system allows us to adapt most of the traditional construction projects to modular manufacturing, without barely affecting the design of the initial project. Moreover, the mounting processes can be done without machinery or skilled labour needed.
• Click-Clack: Nibug is based on the philosophy of doing things easy. We seek simplification in each process, thinking about the industrial assembly of components rather than the “brick & mortar”.
• Algorithmic Building Modeling: every new project generates a large amount of new data, which feeds our algorithms by creating a continuous improvement system until creating deep artificial intelligence. It can automatically transform the projects, create all the information necessary for the construction and generate data analysis capable of improving the project, proposing new products and making predictions. Therefore, we can accelerate and give more guarantees to our customers’ projects.
