Apps and softwares BIM
- VisualArq: Is a software that adds BIM functions to Rhinoceros. It also allows import and export to IFC. VisualArq allows you to freely draw and design walls and other surfaces and edit them. In addition, the software allows you to generate documents in 2D and 3D and make cut planes, data tables, section cuts or create new object styles. VisualArq prepares the model for 3D printing.
- Tekla: Is a free tool that allows sharing, combining and reviewing models throughout the process. Tekla allows communication between different working groups through notes. In addition, different professionals can create rules so that when there are modifications, conflicts can be verified, identified and resolved during the design phase of the construction model.

- AECOsim Building Designer: One of the software offered by Bentley allows BIMers to design, analyze, document and visualize buildings. The software allows you to run complex buildings faster and also integrates information in multiple formats and calculate real-time performance and see options for improvement.
- NECADA: Is a software created by the PhD Fonseca brothers to optimize design and find those that follow the rules of sustainability and that have less environmental, economic and social impact in the complete life cycle of the building. The software works in the cloud or through a desktop program and has a data file that stores the weather data for a year, so you can see how the building behaves.
